I have done yo yo diets and on and off training for many years, but Zoe finally made me crack it! I train 3-4 times a week, and every time I train, she has a different fitness plan which makes my training a lot more interesting and trying new things. My abs are starting to show, and my arms and waste are nice and shapely.
I am fitter and healthier than ever. I prefer my body now than I did 10 years ago!
