I was keen to continue training but knew I needed help to make sure I was doing the right things. I chose Zoe as my PT because of her depth of knowledge and experience in antenatal fitness and also because she’s so friendly and down to earth.

During my PT sessions Zoe showed me specific safe exercises to do during my pregnancy whilst still working me hard. She offered useful advice and helped me plan my future sessions whilst ensuring I worked within my limits. The training that we did has strengthened me in preparation for the birth and helped to safeguard my back and joints for when I get bigger. It was also fantastic to train with someone that makes exercise fun and accessible. I think I have toned up parts of my body more since I have been pregnant than in the years before! I will definitely be back in touch with Zoe to help me get back in shape after the birth.
