She’s a mum, wife and business woman who is caring and understanding with a person centred approach to wellbeing and exercise. I saw Zoe for a one off consultation, the aim: Advice on diet and exercise as a premenopausal, busy working mum of two!!

I left her session feeling on top of the world, she demonstrated with minor tweaks how I could actually achieve the goals I’ve set within my timeframes. She gave sound advice on quick easy meals and time saving methods that even my kids and husband love. She showed me quick and easy results driven exercises that I could easily work into my hectic schedule:

– 15min each morning and evening or every alternative day if I preferred

– ⁠20 different high impact excercises I could do in the lounge or bedroom in my PJs or work clothes.

– ⁠tips on how to keep the motivation and drive to make her suggestions a way of life moving forward rather than just another diet or 6 week health plan.

 

I feel so much better:- More sleep, more energy, more confidence, more drive with noticeable results even after 1 week of seeing her.

I wish I’d seen her sooner, I feel liberated and empowered!!
