I’m back with Zoe with a new goal of strength building to aid my yoga training.CloudaghEssexShe again understands what I need to do and is amazing at motivating me to get the work done and the results I need. Her workouts are always varied and fun so I never get bored. I absolutely love working with this girl!!
I first started training with Zoe just under 3 months ago, and for once in my life, I have actually kept up with training and a healthy eating plan...ColeenI have done yo yo diets and on and off training for many years, but Zoe finally made me crack it! I train 3-4 times a week, and every time I train, she has a different fitness plan which makes my training a lot more interesting and trying new things. My abs are starting to show, and my arms and waste are nice and shapely.
I am fitter and healthier than ever. I prefer my body now than I did 10 years ago!
I have been going to the gym for years and not really achieved much because I didn't have a routine or any idea on what exercises to do to achieve my goals. Then I got pregnant...AmandaI was keen to continue training but knew I needed help to make sure I was doing the right things. I chose Zoe as my PT because of her depth of knowledge and experience in antenatal fitness and also because she’s so friendly and down to earth.
During my PT sessions Zoe showed me specific safe exercises to do during my pregnancy whilst still working me hard. She offered useful advice and helped me plan my future sessions whilst ensuring I worked within my limits. The training that we did has strengthened me in preparation for the birth and helped to safeguard my back and joints for when I get bigger. It was also fantastic to train with someone that makes exercise fun and accessible. I think I have toned up parts of my body more since I have been pregnant than in the years before! I will definitely be back in touch with Zoe to help me get back in shape after the birth.

You are the most inspirational trainer to work with and I can honestly say that I have completely loved every second of the 50-something hours I have trained with you. You have completely changed my attitude towards food and I love weight lifting more than I ever thought possible 🙂 I am so happy with all the mile stones we have hit, my running is better than ever and my brain is healthier than ever and I cannot wait to get booked in and pick up where we left off asap!
My absolute high-light of it all was tonight’s 80KG DEAD-LIFT (that’s 12.6 stone I worked it out lol!!) I never thought I could of done it with my little arms!I love love love training with you and anyone out there looking for a PT for all and any fitness goals Zoe is the girl for the job!

Zoe is inspirational!ChantelShe’s a mum, wife and business woman who is caring and understanding with a person centred approach to wellbeing and exercise. I saw Zoe for a one off consultation, the aim: Advice on diet and exercise as a premenopausal, busy working mum of two!!
I left her session feeling on top of the world, she demonstrated with minor tweaks how I could actually achieve the goals I’ve set within my timeframes. She gave sound advice on quick easy meals and time saving methods that even my kids and husband love. She showed me quick and easy results driven exercises that I could easily work into my hectic schedule:
– 15min each morning and evening or every alternative day if I preferred
– 20 different high impact excercises I could do in the lounge or bedroom in my PJs or work clothes.
– tips on how to keep the motivation and drive to make her suggestions a way of life moving forward rather than just another diet or 6 week health plan.
I feel so much better:- More sleep, more energy, more confidence, more drive with noticeable results even after 1 week of seeing her.
I wish I’d seen her sooner, I feel liberated and empowered!!
I joined the gym to get back in shape after a 8 month absence due to an ongoing spinal injury...Michelle BarnesI very luckily found Zoe. I told her about my injury and she instantly had some ideas on what to do with me.
I went along to my first few sessions and was amazed at what I was achieving in as short time with Zoe’s know how, support and positivity!
Zoe worked out a personalised work out schedule that I have continued with on my own. I do miss having the very bubbly and motivational Zoe with me and will definitely be booking more sessions with her in the future.

My goal when I decided to get a personal trainer was to gain muscle mass and bulk up!...ReeceI choose Zoe over a male personal trainer as I knew she had a great knowledge on what I wanted to achieve. she is strict with me and keeps me on track with motivation and testing me too my limits. Zoe is very focused and you know she is passionate about her job and wants you to achieve your goal just as much as you do. Her programmes have made me achieve me goals and I couldn’t have done it without her!
I started training with Zoe a year after the birth of my second child...Laura Scannell-WoodAfter 2 children and 2 C-sections I have always been reluctant to go back to the gym as time and core strength were almost non-existent. Zoe has been amazing and gets me motivated and has gradually built up my fitness from nothing. I trust her completely with what she gets me to do and enjoy every session as they are always fun.
